The Curriculum Materials Library, located in room 207 of Aderhold Hall, is a cooperative effort between the UGA Libraries and the College of Education. It houses curriculum materials for grades K-12 and an impressive collection of juvenile literature.

Students, teachers, and parents can find children’s non-fiction on nearly any topic, and a fantastic array of children’s and young adult fiction. Other materials available include DVDs, flashcards, educational games, and more. In addition, the library offers full library services, including GIL Express and Repository pick-ups, faculty deliveries, and reference conferences on a by-appointment basis. The Curriculum Materials Library is open to anyone visiting the facility, and faculty, staff, and students can borrow items with a photograph ID.

Service changes for Fall 2020, due to staffing restrictions, and to protect our patrons and staff:

  • We will be only open to the public from 10:00-2:00 during the week. There are no evening or weekend hours.
  • We will not be able to serve as a study space in order to meet social distancing requirements.
  • We can only permit one patron at a time in an aisle when looking for books.
  • The maximum number of patrons in the CML at one time is 10.
  • The WEPA printer is no longer located in the CML.
  • Copying and scanning are available in the OIT Offices, 232 Aderhold Hall.
