In Fall 2025, the University of Georgia’s Special Collections Libraries recruited a new class of participants for the Student Docent Program. The program consists of UGA undergraduate students who are committed to contributing to public programming for visitors of all ages. The current program cohort will develop skills in archival research, public speaking, and community outreach. They will also gain valuable work experience in both archive and museum settings.
Special Collections Libraries is not actively recruiting for participants in this program for the 2026-2027 academic year. However, if this were to change, the announcement would be here as well as our social media pages.
