The guarantee date for Spring Semester course reserves requests is December 11, 2017. Requests submitted by this date are guaranteed to be available on the first day of class for the Spring Semester. Requests can be submitted at any time. Course reserves requests for the Spring Semester that are received after December 11, 2017 will be processed as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the material by the start of classes. Course reserves materials may be available as print reserves or e-reserves.
- Physical course reserves are available at the following locations: Main Library; Science Library; Carnegie Library Learning Center- Health Sciences Campus; Curriculum Materials Library- Aderhold Hall; Veterinary Medicine Reading Room- CVM Original Building; Music Library- Hugh Hodgson School of Music; the Dodd Library- Lamar Dodd School of Art; Owens Library- College of Environment and Design
- E-reserves are available through the Libraries online catalog, GIL-Find, or in a course module in the eLC
Submit requests online using the course reserves submission form or bring a printed request form or list of citations to the circulation desk at any of the Libraries' course reserves locations.
