Russell Hall
The Medical School Library is located in Russell Hall on the Health Sciences campus in Athens, GA. The building is open Monday through Friday during academic semesters to Medical students, but the library and other study spaces are accessible 24/7 with their UGA ID.
Carnegie Library Learning Center
Located on the UGA Health Sciences Campus (HSC) across from Winnie Davis Hall, the Carnegie Library Learning Center is your go-to space for study, collaboration, and research.
Study Spaces & Amenities
- Flexible Study Areas: Choose from two common reading rooms or book one of our two group study rooms.
- Full Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building.
- Lower-Level Tech Hub: Find standard printers and scanners, alongside six Thin Client workstations offering complete access to all UGA Libraries digital resources.
Hours & Access
- Standard Hours: Sunday 2-10pm, and Monday through Thursday 9am-10pm.
- Extended Access: Medical students can access the lower floor after-hours via card-swipe from Sunday at 10:00 PM through Friday at 2:00 AM.
Medical School students and faculty alike can suggest items for purchase by using the online form.
