The offices of the SRG
are:
- Chair-Coordinates
and leads meetings, prepares agenda, acts
as a liaison with Libraries
administration, serves as the classified
representative on the Libraries Forum.
- Coordinator-
Serves as alternate chair, as a contact
person for SRG, maintains General Records
Files consisting of copies of the SRG
minutes and general information for SRG
committee work, proofs minutes for
Secretary/Liaison before publication.
- Secretary/Liaison-Takes
minutes for SRG meetings and distributes
them on the libraries' listserv,
GRAPEVINE, acts as liaison with Libraries
Staff Association.
- Academic Affairs
Staff Representative Group
Representatives(AASRG)-The SRG will elect
three of its members to act as
representatives to the AASRG. These three
will attend AASRG meetings, submit
concerns from the Libraries for the AASRG
agenda, and report on these meetings to
the SRG.
The offices of the SRG
will be filled by consensus of the group as each
post becomes vacant at the end of the regular
terms of office. Any vacancy occurring in an
office midterm will be filled by consensus of the
SRG.
