The Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library is located on the third floor of the Main Library.

The Walter J. Brown Media Archives and Peabody Awards Collection is located on the seventh floor of the Main Library.

The Richard B. Russell Library for Political Research and Studies is located in the sub-basement of the Main Library. The Russell Library maintains its own public entrance on the west side of the Main Library building. Please use this entrance when visiting the Russell Library. Visitors with mobility limitations should visit the security kiosk at the main entrance of the Main Library and ask for assistance with accessing the Russell Library.
