Room Information

For reservation information and usage policies, please see the Reservation and Usage Policies page. Please note that room reservations and rentals are open to UGA-affiliated groups only, but no Greek organizations are permitted.

Rental rates are priced for events taking place during regular business hours (Monday -Friday, 8-5) as well as those happening outside of normal hours of operation. *Rooms 277 and 258 are free for classes and meetings taking place during business hours but incur a $50 cleaning fee if food is served.*

Food and drink are prohibited from any of the 3rd Floor classroom spaces (321, 329) as well as the Auditorium (271).
