Science Library Lobby Usage Policies/Request Form

Signage Policy

Signs may be posted in the lobby on the bulletin boards but not on the walls, pillars or doors. Materials may be posted for approximately one month before removal.

Scheduling Guidelines

Any organization affiliated with UGA is eligible to use the lobby for their activities contingent on advanced notice, space considerations, and availability. The Science Library has a small (3 foot by 8 foot) table available for use on request but organizations may bring their own table(s) if necessary. Organizations using the lobby are responsible for clean up. To request use of the Science Library Lobby please fill out the following form:
