Lecture

A lecture on a topic related to affordable housing; speaker to be announced shortly.

Exhibit: A Place for Us: The Challenge of Housing in Athens and Surrounding Areas

In conjunction with this year’s Public Policy Institute Issue Framing Workshop on affordable housing in Athens and surrounding counties, the Russell-Roosevelt Policy forum asked for volunteers to photograph images that captured their understanding of the issues of affordable housing. This exhibit will be on display from June 22 through August 31, 2007 and is free and open to the public.

Reception

Following the lecture, PPI attendees and invited guests are invited to an evening reception at the Russell Library where they may also view the companion exhibit to this year’s PPI framing issue, affordable housing in Athens and surrounding counties.
