"Full-text"
usually refers to online publications. For instructions on
locating materials in electronic full-text, see
getting the full-text online.
Print
publications also contain full-text information. If you can't locate
the item you're seeking in electronic form, you can almost always
find it in print. Here's how:
- If your citation
is for a book, use GIL
to find out if the library has it.[Show

- If your citation
is for a shorter publication, such as a journal article
or book chapter, you can also use GIL,
but be sure to search the title of the entire journal or book,
not the individual article or chapter title! [Show

Some GALILEO@UGA
databases offer you a shortcut for finding journal articles in print.
If there
is a link that says 'display locations', 'check holdings', or 'link
to holdings', click on it to open up the Libraries catalog, GIL.
It will search automatically for the journal you need and tell you
if we own it in print. [Show
