Navigating the library

"No compass required"

Ask Us

UGA has three libraries, the Main Library, the Science Library, and the Miller Learning Center, with a combined total of 15 floors, multiple service desks and over 3 million books and journals. You don't need a compass and a handful of breadcrumbs to find your way around, but the navigational guidance in this section will help.

If you are want to find out what the library owns, use GIL, the library catalog. If you need help using GIL, go to finding a.... for advice on searching for books, journals, videos, CD's and any other items the library owns.
