Subject Guide Input Form
Use this form to add items to the Subject Guides. Instructions are provided.

Editing/Deleting Items
To amend or delete an item in the Subject Guides, you do not need to fill out the Input Form. Simply email us at rcentral@uga.edu with relevant details.

Recommended Resources
To add items to, remove items from, or change the order of the 'Recommended Resources' listing on the opening screen of a Subject Guide, you do not need to use the Input Form. Instead, please email Deborah Stanley (dstanley@uga.edu).
