Arts of the United States, a joint project between the Lamar Dodd Art School, University of Georgia and the University of Georgia and Yale University Libraries, contains over 4000 images of works important to the study of the history of art in the United States. The pieces, dating from the 17th century through the 20th, include architecture, decorative arts, painting, sculpture, graphic arts, photography, and stage and costume design as well as Native American art and artifacts. Although the majority of artists represented in the database are American, significant works created by non-native artists while in the United States are included.

The Index of Christian Art Database contains a portion of the Index's back files and all works electronically indexed by the archive since 1991. The database is both text and image. As works from the backfiles are electronically indexed, they will become available in the database. Reference to more than 1000 works of art are added each year.

Anthropology Plus is a compilation of Anthropological Index and Anthropological Literature. This broad and rich resource provides extensive indexing of journal articles, reports, commentaries, edited works and obituaries in the fields of social, cultural, physical, biological and linguistic anthropology, ethnology, archaeology, folklore, material culture, interdisciplinary studies, etc.

The Anthropological Index is published by the Royal Anthropological Institute and contains information from a broad geographical range, emphasizing the Commonwealth and Africa, and extending to Eastern Europe, the Americas, Asia, Australasia and the Pacific. The database indexes periodicals covering the fields of physical anthropology, archaeology, cultural ethnography and linguistics.

Anthropological Literature is published by the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology at Harvard University and indexes articles, reports, commentaries and obituaries found in nearly 700 journals and monographic series. Over 600,000 citations are included in this resource covering articles published from the early 19th century to the present, in more than 50 languages.Anthropological Literature provides comprehensive indexing for the fields of social and cultural anthropology, Old and New World archaeology, physical anthropology and anthropological aspects of related subjects, emphasizing Mesoamerican, Native American and Andean archaeology and ethnology.

The ARTstor Digital Library offers more than one million images in the arts, architecture, humanities, and social sciences with a suite of software tools to view, present, and manage images for research and pedagogical purposes. ARTstor collections comprise contributions from outstanding museums, photographers, libraries, scholars, photo archives, and artists and artists' estates.

Note: To download (save) images in ARTstor, users must have a personal login. Logins are free and may be set up by clicking on "Register" at the top of the ARTstor search screen. Searching and viewing images does not require an individual login.

eBooks at EBSCOhost, formerly known as NetLibrary, provides access to electronic books (eBooks), including reference books, scholarly monographs, publications of many university presses, and consumer books that have been converted into digital format. It is possible to perform full-text searches of a single eBook, search thousands of volumes simultaneously, browse topic categories, or read eBooks directly online. There is currently no checkout period for eBooks (at EBSCOhost).

Users can create a My EBSCOhost account in order to use personalization tools, including creating a Favorites list, but a personal account is not required for accessing eBooks through the GALILEO interface.
