The pieces, dating from the 17th century through the 20th, include architecture, decorative arts, painting, sculpture, graphic arts, photography, and stage and costume design as well as Native American art and artifacts. Although the majority of artists represented in the database are American, significant works created by non-native artists while in the United States are included.

The Index of Christian Art Database contains a portion of the Index's back files and all works electronically indexed by the archive since 1991. The database is both text and image. - Historic Architecture and Landscapes of Georgia: The Hubert Bond Owens and John Linley Image Collections at the Owens Library, a joint project between the College of Environment and Design, University of Georgia and the Digital Library of Georgia, will contain 1500 images of important and representative architectural sites and landscapes in the state with an emphasis on Athens and Middle Georgia. The collections, held at the Owens Library in the College of Environment and Design at the University of Georgia, consist of color slides and black and white photographs taken from the 1940s through the 1980s by Owens and Linley. Owens, former dean of the University of Georgia's School of Environmental Design, taught landscape architecture at the university from 1928 to 1973 and designed the Founders Memorial Garden, a tribute to the first Garden Club in America. Linley, author of The Georgia Catalog, Historic American Buildings Survey: A Guide to the Architecture of the State and Architecture of Middle Georgia, was a faculty member from 1963 to 1986.

eBooks at EBSCOhost, formerly known as NetLibrary, provides access to electronic books (eBooks), including reference books, scholarly monographs, publications of many university presses, and consumer books that have been converted into digital format. It is possible to perform full-text searches of a single eBook, search thousands of volumes simultaneously, browse topic categories, or read eBooks directly online. There is currently no checkout period for eBooks (at EBSCOhost).
Users can create a My EBSCOhost account in order to use personalization tools, including creating a Favorites list, but a personal account is not required for accessing eBooks through the GALILEO interface.
