- The NBER is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan research organization dedicated to promoting a greater understanding of how the U.S. economy works. In these working papers more than 600 university professors from around the country initially report their findings to other professional economists in academic institutions, business, government, and the business media around the world before publishing them in scholarly journals. There are over 7,500 working papers in the database, presented in PDF format.

Online Access: On/Off Campus
Over 2,000 documents and images on the history of Native Americans in the Southeastern U.S., letters, legal proceedings, military orders, and more. 
- This database contains approximately 2,000 documents and images relating to the Native American population of the Southeastern United States from the collections of the University of Georgia Libraries, the University of Tennessee at Knoxville Library, the Frank H. McClung Museum, the Tennessee State Library and Archives, the Tennessee State Museum and the Museum of the Cherokee Indian. The documents are comprised of letters, legal proceedings, military orders, financial papers, and archaeological images relating to Native Americans in the Southeast.
The project was funded by a grant from the Institute for Museum and Library Services. The first 18 months of the Cherokee Phoenix, the first newspaper published in a Native American language, is also available through the Georgia Historic Newspapers database.

A collection of electronic books (eBooks) on most topics, including computers and technology. 
- NetLibrary provides access to electronic books (eBooks), including reference books, scholarly monographs, publications of many university presses, and consumer books that have been converted into digital format. It is possible to perform full-text searches of a single eBook, search thousands of volumes simultaneously, browse topic categories, or read eBooks directly online. There is no checkout period for NetLibrary eBooks.
Users can create an account in order to use personalization tools, including creating a Favorites list, but a personal account is not required for accessing eBooks through the GALILEO interface. A personal login is required when accessing through library catalogs and through the NetLibrary web site.

- MEDLINE/PubMed is an index to approximately 13 million journal articles in life sciences with a concentration on biomedicine.
