About RefWorks
RefWorks is a bibliographic management service.
Use it to collect and store references you intend to read for research projects. When writing research papers, use the RefWorks Write-N-Cite feature to insert citations and format bibliographies. Here is a demonstration (1:04) of Write-N-Cite being used with a Microsoft Word document. The captions are dubbed.

RefWorks is entirely web-based. When you write your papers, all you need is a computer connected to the Internet. The RefWorks database you create is fully searchable. You can also add keywords and notes. Your collection of references is uniquely yours.

About the Modules
This tutorial contains four modules, each containing short lessons. Most lessons are accompanied by PDF guides (Icon for PDF guides in the modules), and each module has a quiz. The quiz can be used for review.

As you proceed through this tutorial, open a new browser window, go to RefWorks, and try to mirror what you have learned. The RefWorks logo on the top left links you to the RefWorks login page. The University of Georgia Libraries logo on the right links you that home page.

Click the Modules button above to start learning about RefWorks!
