Company Report Availability at the UGA Libraries
Reports of publicly-held companies are available through diverse media: print, microfiche, CD-ROM (via Laser Disclosure), and the Internet (via Thomson ONE Banker and SEC EDGAR). The following table indicates patterns of coverage for these media. Actual coverage for particular companies may vary. Dates of coverage refer to report years. Unless indicated, company coverage is fairly extensive.

Access to Reports
To determine holdings of annual reports, do a search by company name in the Serials Card Catalog in the Main Library Reference Room, and/or the UGA Online Library Catalog (GIL) at gil.uga.edu
Microfiche
To determine report holdings for a company, except for the Registration Statements, consult the Disclosure card catalog in the Main Library Reference Room, or call Main Reference (706-542-3251). The catalog is arranged by report type. Search by company name.
All reports on microfiche are shelved at the Repository, an off-campus storage facility. Request reports on microfiche from Main Library Access Services (706-542-3256). Items requested Sunday through Thursday are generally available at Access Services by 3:00 p.m. the following day. Items requested on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday generally arrive Monday afternoon. No retrievals from the Repository are made on the weekend. Pick reports up at Access Services. Microfiche are for use in the building only. They cannot be checked out.
Laser Disclosure
This is a CD-ROM collection viewable on and printable from a workstation in the Main Library Reference Room. It is not available on the Internet. There are three categories of discs: A (includes ARS, 10-K, Proxy, and 8-K); R (registration statements and prospectuses); and I (international). Note: Most of the reports in this collection are included in the Thomson ONE Banker database. Check that database first.
Thomson One Banker
This is a database available through GALILEO@UGA at www.libs.uga.edu/research/ . It provides customized reports and spreadsheet-ready financial statements. Off campus access is limited to UGA students, faculty, and staff. A password is required.
SEC Edgar
This is a freely available database at www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml
Company Websites
Many companies provide the latest one or two years of the entire or selected portions of their Annual Report to Shareholders, 10-K, 10-Q, and Proxy.
