Each spring, PDRC makes an annual call for citations; however, you may submit via email to the Chair at any time. Submit citations in MLA style. LInks to articles, table of contents, and abstracts are encouraged. Submissions may include scholarly and non-scholarly journal articles, books or book chapters, substantial contributions to reference works (at least 750 words), published conference proceedings, and white papers published materials related to the library and archives profession and to research interests in other subject areas authored by librarians and archivists currently employed at the UGA Libraries.
