Finding Statistics at the UGA Libraries

The UGA Libraries are pleased to offer a new online guide to finding statistics. This handy resource is a great place to get oriented to the wide range of statistics sources available through the Libraries, and provides recommended resources for your statistics and data needs.

The guide covers helpful topics including:

  • Library subscription databases such as CQ Voting & Elections, iPoll, Polling the Nations, Historical Statistics of the United States, LexisNexis Statistical, and SourceOECD
  • ICPSR, one of the world's largest archives of social, political, and economic data
  • Recommended web resources for statistics in diverse fields such as Agriculture, Climatology, Criminal Justice, Economics, Education, Gerontology, and Religion
  • A customized search engine called "DataDawg" that will search our resources for you!

For more information or assistance, please contact Data Services librarian Sheila Devaney at 706-542-8708 or sdevaney@uga.edu
