The Lusophone World
This exhibit was created in coordination with the recent Lusophone Fair, held on March 28, 2003, which exposed the university community to the unique cultural and artistic diversity of the Portuguese-speaking world. We have tried to highlight the several areas of the world where Portuguese is a predominant language. See, for example, the case with examples of literature from Portugal, Brazil, and Lusophone Africa. One case also displays the many scholarly contributions of the UGA community to the expansion of understanding the Lusophone world.

The University of Georgia Libraries are pleased to bring you a virtual tour of our current exhibit.
