The Walter J. Brown Media Archives and Peabody Awards Collection has participated in Archives Week events in both Athens and Atlanta.

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage

The screening series was accompanied by an exhibit in the Lobby of the Main Library featuring Hispanic films and documentaries from the Brown Media Archives and the Media Department.

Highlighted that the answers to everything you’ve always wanted to know about electoral politics can be found on virtually every floor of the Library and via the web.

Mining Archival Resources on the Web.
Media Archives personnel participated in the Georgia Archives Week activities at Georgia State University, October 11, 2000, highlighting the resources available through the Peabody Awards Collection, WSB footage, and other media collections available in the Media Archives.
