Year the county and/or area was flown. For example, an entry of 1950/51 indicates the area was flown in 1950 and 1951.

Have
Indicates the Map Library's holdings for a photo set and the extent of county coverage.

| P | Partial flight only - entire county not covered by the photo set |
| none | No photos held |
| few | Less 20% of total county area covered by photos held |
| part | Over 20% but less 80% of total county area covered by photos held |
| most | Over 80% of total county area covered by photos held |
| all | 100% of total county area covered by photos held |

Index
Number of index sheets for a photo set. A number in parentheses indicates the Map Library does not hold any of the published index sheets for that set.

Scale
The denominator of the scale of the photos, in thousands. For example, 20 indicates a photo set with a scale of 1:20,000. Entries in parentheses indicate the Map Library does not have holdings of a photo set of a known scale. For more information about scale please visit our Tools & Definitions page.

Imagery
Indicates film type, photo bases, and image reproduction type. The three subfields are separated by a slash, i.e. BW/P/+ indicates Black & White positive contact prints on a paper base.
