Kudos

The Russell Library has received news honoring two of its staff. Sheryl Vogt, director of the Russell, was recently appointed to the Georgia Historical Records Advisory Board by Gov. Sonny Perdue. Craig Breaden is one of two recipeints of 2007 conference travel grants from the Association of Recorded Sound Collections 41st Annual Conference in Milwaukee. 

Bowling News

For info on the GV903s, visit the bowling team website. Despite putting up a good fight, the Escapees could not evade the GV903s who garnered a win in all three games. Ed Hatfield broke out as MVP of the night by bowling a turkey in the first game. Come watch at Kingpins next Monday when the librarians battle the UGA English Department, and see if they rise to second place in league play.
