Five-year Review of University Librarian

Dr. William Gray Potter is undergoing a five-year review of his performance as University Librarian. A committee has been appointed by the Provost to conduct this review. The members of the committee were drawn from among those
recommended by library staff. The purpose of the review process is to provide an assessment that will highlight Dr. Potter's accomplishments as University Librarian in the past five years while noting those areas in which it would be useful to make improvements. As a major part of the review, the committee seeks input from library faculty and staff, in part, through a brief online survey. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey at:

The survey will be open until Friday, June 9, 2006.

The survey, hosted by EITS, uses your UGA MyID and associated password for authentication purposes. The authentication process is to ensure that only library
faculty and staff have access to the survey, but your identity will not be associated with your responses in any way. No data will be retained after the committee completes its report.
