Studying hard on Reading Day? Take a break in the Main Library to play a 9-hole round of mini-golf in the Main Library Reference stacks. Borrow one of our putters or bring your own. And, of course, we have golf pencils and scorecards. When you're done playing, drop your scorecard in for a drawing for 2 passes for a full round of golf at the UGA Golf Course.

Join us for a conversation about the rich history of the UGA Gymnastics program on Tuesday, November 14 at 5:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Richard B. Russell Building Special Collections Libraries. The panel will feature current Head Coach Courtney Kupets-Carter and Suzanne Yoculan-Leebern, who led the Gymdogs to ten national titles prior to her retirement and who has rejoined the program as an assistant coach. The discussion will be moderated by John Frierson (UGA Athletics Department).
Join us for a lecture and reception celebrating the new book, The Best President the Nation Never Had: A Memoir of Working with Sam Nunn on Tuesday, November 14 at 4:30 p.m. in room 285 of the Richard B. Russell Building Special Collections Libraries. The event will feature author Roland McElroy; a light reception will follow the lecture.

The Georgia Debate Union and the Barkley Forum Center for Debate, Deliberation, and Dialogue at Emory University will host a debate in the auditorium of the Richard B. Russell Building Special Collections Libraries on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. The topic: The State of Georgia should lower Minimum Legal Drinking Age.
