3D Printer Training - Science Library Makerspace

The Science Library Makerspace offers weekly training sessions to learn 3D Printing. Instruction sessions are open to all UGA students, staff, and faculty, are one-hour, hands-on, small - two learners to one instructor - and geared to novices. If you're intimidated by technology or don't think 3D printing is for you, sign up! New year, new you, right?

Participants will learn how use the software and hardware for the MakerBot Replicator 3D Printer, as well as locate, customize, and print a 3D model. After successful completion of the training, participants are able to reserve time on and work independently with the MakerBot 3D Printers in the Science Library Makerspace.

To accommodate schedules, sessions are Tuesdays from 12pm-1pm, 4pm-5pm, and Wednesdays from 10am-11am. Reservations may be made by emailing: makerspace@uga.edu
