Forms:

We prefer OCLC, ALA, or IFLA forms. We accept other forms which provide comparable information. Non-OCLC requests may be faxed or Arieled to the above numbers.

Fees:

We supply material free to ARCHE, GOLD, other Georgia not-for-profit libraries, ASERL Reciprocal Agreement Partners, and pre-agreed upon ARL partners.

We do not charge for SOLINE loans; we DO charge for SOLINE photocopies.

For libraries other than the consortial partners listed above:

Loans: $10 for 1-5 volumes/reels or 1-20 fiche, per bibliographic record.
Photocopies: $10 for 1-40 pages. If material is over 40 pages we will advise.

RUSH FEE:

Additional $10 for non-consortial academic, public, and medical libraries.
Additional $30 for corporate/for profit libraries.

For OCLC users, we welcome IFM as the method for payment.

Please do not enclose payment with your request (in case we cannot supply the material). Our Business Office will invoice your institution at the end of the month.

Material which generally does not circulate:

Microcards, periodicals, audio-visual material, most reference material, special collections (i.e. Hargrett Library), Georgia newspapers for which we do not own the master negative, UGA dissertations and theses for which we do not own a circulating copy.

Please note: since the fall of 2001, University of Georgia theses and dissertations are available in electronic format only. Please check our Electronic Theses and Dissertations (University of Georgia) database in GALILEO@UGA. If the status of the needed dissertation or thesis is not "publicly available" you can submit an interlibrary loan request. If the status is "publicly available" you can access the material by clicking on the link.
