The 1785 Charter of
the University of Georgia
~
Following restoration, the University of Georgia Charter has returned
to campus for its 220th anniversary on Founders' Day, January 27,
2005 when it will be on display in the Hargrett Library.
~
In addition to a high-quality scan of the restored document, our
