Ergonomics & Safety Committee: Info

The Committee will: solicit the ergonomic concerns of all Libraries' employees; work to educate them on ergonomic issues; and investigate, recommend, and purchase ergonomic equipment to meet employee needs. With regard to this equipment, the Committee should follow these broad guidelines:

Address critical needs to handle current health problems
Identify ergonomic equipment that would prevent injury
Request ergonomic equipment each Fall and Spring to provide for needs identified throughout the year.
