Located in the Normaltown area of Athens, we're here to support the academic missions of the UGA College of Public Health and the Medical Partnership with Augusta University's Medical College.  Built in 1910 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Carnegie Library is an inviting and comfortable place to study.  We look forward to welcoming you!

Our regular semester hours are Sunday 2-10pm, and Monday through Thursday 9am-10pm.  Medical Partnership and College of Public Health graduate students have after hours card swipe access from Sunday 10pm to Friday 2am.  For parking and other information, click on this link: /locations/carnegie
