An Intersection Between Freedom and Security: A Panel Discussion on the NSA Spying Program
Tue. February 25, 2014, 06:30 PM – 07:30 PM – MLC Room 350
What are the legal and ethical implications of the NSA’s spying program? How does it work, or does it work? Is this an effective response to terrorist threats or not? In this Science Library sponsored panel discussion, Christina Mulligan (UGA Law School; http://www.law.uga.edu/profile/christina-mulligan) and Dr. Kang Li (Computer Science Dept.; http://cobweb.cs.uga.edu/~kangli/) will give their thoughts on this topic, followed by a question-and-answer session.
