Demolition work at Main Library today (May 17)

Demolition of the southwest wall in the Old Building (the former Reading Room) is scheduled to begin between 9-10am today, continuing throughout the day. There will be a considerable amount of noise associated with this part of the project so headphones or earplugs may be helpful. Earplugs are available by request at the Security Desk.
