Confederate Constitution on Display, Tuesday, April 26
April 20, 2011 – 11:16 AMThe original Confederate Constitution will be displayed on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the Turner Gallery of the Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library (on the 3rd floor of the Main Library).
Information about the Constitution may be found here, and a transcript on this page. This one-day exhibition happens annually.

The exhibit accompanying the Constitution will feature letters from 1861, the first year of the Civil War, as part of the observance of the 150th anniversary.
