Outside borrowers may obtain a library card for UGA through their local public library. Students, staff, and faculty from other University System of Georgia institutions may use the ID card from their own institution to check out books from UGA. A summary of borrowing privileges for all groups is found here: http://www.libs.uga.edu/access_services/borrowing/index.html However, those borrowing privileges are only true for our general collections. Items from the Russell Library do not circulate. UGA students, staff, and faculty are allowed to check out books with their University ID card. I'm mainly interested in how the uniforms have evolved throughout the years so I'll use the site as reference from time to time.
