For Instructors
Before submitting material for electronic reserves, instructors should review the Board of Regents Policy on the Use of Copyrighted Works in Education and Research. The University System of Georgia provides tools to assist instructors in determining whether their intended educational use of copyrighted material is within fair use. The UGA Libraries do not take responsibility for copyright clearance or permissions.
