Request Student Extension of Services
In order to be eligible for library services, a student must be enrolled for classes. However a faculty member may request that a graduate student who has completed coursework but is actively conducting research for his or her thesis or dissertation be extended library privileges.

Please print the form and have it signed by your major professor or department head. Once it is completed or signed, bring to the Circulation Office in the University of Georgia Main Library.
